This role involves working with large, complex datasets, solving high-impact business problems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Develop, validate, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models in production environments. • Work with structured and unstructured data (tabular, text, and image data) to extract insights and build predictive solutions. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define requirements and translate business problems into data-driven solutions. • Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting best practices in model development and deployment. Required Expertise • Experience: 4+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. • Programming: Strong Python skills; experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PySpark. • Algorithms & Statistics: Solid understanding of ML algorithms (XGBoost, SVM) and statistical modeling. • Data Skills: Experience with large-scale datasets, feature engineering, and deploying models into production. • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
